Advocate Subodh Bajpai
Advocate Subodh Bajpai is the founder of loantrap.org and of Unified Chambers & Associates. He has spent years standing with borrowers against unlawful recovery practices by NBFCs, banks and digital loan apps — issuing legal notices, filing complaints with the RBI Ombudsman, and helping ordinary people understand and assert their rights.
He knows the recovery system from the inside — DRT, SARFAESI, IBC and the cheque-bounce courts — and built loantrap.org on a simple conviction: no one should be threatened, shamed or intimidated over a loan, and knowing your rights is the first step to taking back control.
